Celebrating Shabbat in the Era of Coronavirus
It has been wonderful seeing so many of you on Zoom as you’ve joined us for services over the last months. At our last ritual meeting, it was suggested that having services online might be easier if there was a physical text in front of people, rather than solely on the screen. To that end, we would like to offer anyone who wishes, the opportunity to borrow prayer books and Torah commentaries from Shir Tikvah.
We will put together a bag with a few books that you can borrow, and make it available for contactless pickup at the Shir Tikvah. If you would like to reserve a set of books, please let the Office know, and we will send out further information about pick up dates and times.
If you are unable to get to Shir Tikvah but would like to borrow books, please let the Office know and we will do our best to get them to you.
All books will need to be returned once social distancing guidelines are eased and we are back in the building for services.
Thank you and stay safe and healthy!
