The menu includes hotdogs and hamburgers from Romanian Kosher Sausage Co., as well as side dishes of corn on the cob, potato salad, and coleslaw, just to name a few. We are asking everyone to bring a dessert to share.

As many of you know, the house that Alan Shnay and Elizabeth Brecher were living in and which is owned by Alan’s parents, Penny and Jerry Shnay, recently experienced a major fire. The cause seems to have been electrical. Alan, Elizabeth and a young man living with them, and two of their three dogs made it to safety with minimal physical effects. One dog and possibly two cats did not survive.

Both CAE and BYBS Boards have voted to move forward with the proposed consolidation of our congregations. There will be a vote on June 3, when the congregations hold their Annual Meetings.
We will begin with a joint breakfast at 9:30 am. At 10:00 am each congregation will hold their own Annual Meeting. We hope you will be able to attend this important meeting.
