Join Liz Smith for this weekly yoga class at Shir Tikvah. Classes will include postures and
breathing exercises either with the aid of a chair or without. Whether laying, standing or
sitting, students can experience the many benefits of yoga. Benefits include increased
balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and stress reduction. This class is perfect
for those new to yoga and experienced yoga students alike. Variations of many common
poses will be given to help all participate comfortably.
If you own a yoga mat, feel free to bring it. If not, one will be provided for standing.
Please come dressed comfortably in clothes that allow you to move easily.
You may pay via cash or check, prior to or at the time of the first class.
